I was born in 1966 in Paramaribo (Surinam) as Yvonne Liew-On. In 1969 I moved to the Netherlands. Currently I work as a lawyer, but I am a composer and song/text writer as well. Other favorite activities are vegetarian cooking (which gave me the idea for the clip for recipes), dancing and sports. The most important influence on my development is my daily study of the book "A Course in Miracles". Meditation, prayer and affirmations have priority in my daily life. In accordance with this my favourite movies are: "What the (Bleep) do we (K)NOW" and "The Secret" . At Youtube you can see parts of this movie. My literary debut was in 1994 with the poem "Where love awakens in the heart " in the poetry edition "Poëzie & Verhalen" from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam. I wrote a fairy tale that is published at www.absolute1.net It is the story of Red Coral and is a funny and captivating tale of a 10 year old girl who is part human and part goddess. She lives in a coral world that is quite different from ours and has the most fascinating adventures together with different strange beings she encounters. The story communicates a feeling of connectedness between all beings, large and small. Readers say that Red Coral is a positive rolemodel for children. She is fearless and demonstrates unconditional love. Apart from being educational, the story is simply fun!
